Multiple walk-in customers got their meals as my husband and I sat waiting in the store. We approached the counter after it said our order was ready after the 13 minutes, and they stumbled to find my order. They said they had no record. It was sitting on a back counter. This is a continuous problem at all chick fil a locations. If you're going to offer mobile ordering, someone should be checking the screen more, especially when the store business is super slow. I can't be too upset. They accidentally put two sandwiches in my bag inside of one. Usually I'm shorted items when I order. I guess we're almost even.May 15, 2017
